Prolific AF LLC Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Prolific AF LLC (doing business as Prolific AF, Prolific AI SaaS, DemoDrop, and Dar Holdsworth, "the HighLevel guy") ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://darholdsworth.com or any of our related websites, funnels, checkout pages, communities, courses, coaching calls, and other services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us:

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and business name.

  • Account and profile information for our communities, courses, and member areas.

  • Business details and survey or onboarding answers you submit (for example, your niche, goals, website, and HighLevel account details).

  • Access credentials or account permissions you choose to give us so we can perform done-for-you setup or support work.

  • Messages, posts, comments, questions, and other content you send us or share in our communities, chats, or calls.

  • Purchase information, such as the products you bought, billing name and address, and payment status. Card payments are processed by our payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, approximate location, and similar usage data, collected through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies.

Information from third parties: We may receive information from partners and platforms, including HighLevel (for example, whether you signed up through our affiliate link, your plan level, and account status, which we use to confirm eligibility for affiliate bonuses), advertising and social platforms, payment processors, scheduling and video tools, and referral partners.

Recordings: Coaching calls, community calls, workshops, and similar live sessions are recorded. Recordings may capture your name, image, voice, chat messages, and anything you share on screen. See Section 4.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and deliver the Services you request, including courses, communities, coaching, snapshots, and done-for-you setup work.

  • To process payments, prevent fraud, and manage subscriptions and payment plans.

  • To confirm eligibility for affiliate bonuses and programs.

  • To communicate with you by email, text message, phone, chat, and direct message about your account, purchases, sessions, and support requests.

  • To send marketing and promotional messages where permitted by law. You can opt out at any time.

  • To create educational and marketing content, including from recorded sessions (see Section 4).

  • To analyze and improve our websites, offers, and advertising.

  • To comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights, users, and business.

3. AI Tools and Chat

We use artificial intelligence tools in our business. For example, the chat widget on our website and some of our messaging may be answered or assisted by AI, and we may use AI tools (such as those offered by HighLevel, OpenAI, and similar providers) to summarize calls, draft responses, organize support requests, and create content. Information you provide through these channels may be processed by those providers on our behalf. AI responses may be inaccurate. Do not share sensitive information (such as passwords, financial account numbers, or health information) in chat.

4. Recorded Sessions and Content

By joining a coaching call, community call, workshop, or other live session, you understand and agree that the session is recorded and that the recording, including your name, likeness, voice, and comments, may be shared with other members and used by us in our courses, communities, social media, videos, and marketing, without compensation to you. If you prefer not to appear, you may keep your camera off, use a first name only, and use the chat instead of speaking. You may email us at [email protected] to ask that a specific clip featuring you not be used in future public marketing, and we will consider reasonable requests.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms and Consent

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Prolific AF LLC, which may include account notifications, appointment and session reminders, transaction confirmations, customer support messages, and, if you opted in to them, occasional marketing messages. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Message frequency varies.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or 405-300-4471.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service and message delivery providers, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell phone numbers.

6. Email Marketing

If you join our email list, download a free resource, or buy from us, we may send you emails about our content, programs, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send transactional or account emails.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers that help us run the business, such as HighLevel / LeadConnector (CRM, websites, email, SMS, communities, and courses), Stripe and other payment processors, Zoom and other video tools, Google, YouTube, Slack, AI providers, and contractors who support our customers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

  • HighLevel, to track and confirm affiliate referrals and account status.

  • Advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta and Google), through cookies and pixels, to measure and improve our ads. See Section 8.

  • Other members, when you post in a community or join a recorded session.

  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, users, or the public.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.

  • With your consent, or at your direction.

8. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, understand how visitors use the site, and show and measure ads on other sites and apps (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube). You can manage cookies through your browser settings or the Cookie Settings link on our site. You can also control ad personalization through your Google and Meta ad settings, and through industry opt out tools such as optout.aboutads.info. Blocking cookies may affect how the site works. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt out of targeted advertising for that browser.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Session recordings and community content may be kept for as long as they remain useful to our programs. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we rely on reputable service providers with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you give us login credentials to perform work for you, we use them only for that work, and we recommend you change your password or remove our access when the work is complete.

11. Children

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined by law, to withdraw consent, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. Residents of California and other states with consumer privacy laws, and residents of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, may have these rights under their local law.

To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

For people in the EEA and UK: we process personal information to perform our contract with you, based on our legitimate interests in running and marketing our business, to comply with law, and with your consent where required (for example, for certain marketing and cookies).

13. International Users

We are based in the United States, and your information will be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those countries may have different data protection laws than your country.

14. Third Party Sites

Our Services link to third party websites and platforms, including HighLevel. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the Effective Date above. If changes are material, we may also notify you by email or a notice on our site.
